1 Lathom Avenue is a registered holiday home and business. We maintain the house to the strictest safety and neighbourliness requirements as applied to holiday homes. Certificates are available for electrical, gas and fire safety and ICO certification.

Additional rules

Heating max temp is to 22C on a fair use basis. Leaving windows wide open in cold weather causes unfair additional costs.

Please avoid parking in front of neighbours’ houses.

Late departures cannot interrupt cleaning which begins at 11am, any additional costs will be chargeable.

2 week + stays require complementary half-clean weekly.

5 TVs - free Prime Video, Netflix and BBC, ITV, YouTube, Browser. Parental controls not set.

A second Bin in the utility room.

Request EV charging - and we will test-charge after arrival with your local support.

Extractors in the house bathrooms are automatic and windows need not be opened for fresh air.

For arrival, the doors are open with door-stops, for full fire safety allow doors to self close.
