1 Lathom Avenue sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms, offering flexible accommodation for families, friends and multi-generational groups. Whether you are staying for a short seaside break or a longer holiday, the bedrooms provide practical, comfortable spaces designed to help guests relax and recharge.

Bedroom 1 – Super-King Room

The principal bedroom provides a quiet and comfortable retreat, featuring a mahogany four-poster super-king size bed and space to settle in properly during your stay.

This room is ideal for:

Soft natural light and a calm atmosphere make it a restful place to return to after a day on the coast or by the Lakes.

Bedroom 2 – King Size Room

A comfortable king-size bedroom suitable for adults or couples, offering a full mahogany bedroom suite, which includes a sleigh style bed, king size Hypnos pocket sprung mattress and blackout window coverings.

This room works well for:

Couples travelling together

Single adults wanting extra space

Guests sharing a family trip but preferring separate rooms

Bedroom 3 – Family Size Room

The very comfortable, spacious bedroom with large king size and double divan beds, both with pocket sprung matresses, garden views to Williamson Memorial in Lancaster, blackout window coverings, a full size desk and an a/c option.

This room works well for:

Children or teenagers

Friends sharing a room

Guests who prefer separate beds

As a double room, without single beds, it helps the house adapt easily to different group sizes and travel styles.

Both the King size bed and the Double have top mattresses from John Lewis and Hypnos.

Views to the morning sun include half a mile over mature gardens towards Lancaster landmarks such as the domed Williamson Memorial.

An air conditioning external vent allows the A/C portable unit to be positioned ahead of your stay (on request) so you can always enjoy a temperature you prefer.
