Sustainability

We have invested heavily to make the house as sustainable as possible at the current time. The EPC rating is C. Cavity wall insulation and new double glazed window glass, loft conversion, LED lights, and energy efficient appliances. Hive heating controls allow remote vacancy management and temperature management, and 15kW of house batteries seamlessly charge on off-peak renewables from Octopus Go, and power the house during the day. Additionally, off site, solar energy powers the latest in laundry technology, efficiency is very important because washes are at 60C. All dryers are heat pump models.

Number 1. Sat Nav: LA4 5XR

From North or South exit M6 J34 for Morecambe/ Heysham, and follow the bypass - Bay Gateway - towards Morecambe/Heysham. After about 2 miles (and a mini roundabout) filter right for Morecambe at the large traffic light junction. Turn right and go 3/4 mile straight over both first and second and then smaller third roundabout. Lathom Ave is to right of traffic lights just before Sainsbury's. The house is the first on right and the right of the semi-detached houses.
