Driveway for 2 Cars + EV Charger
You should never want for a parking space. The driveway can accommodate two average sized cars with the gate open.
Roadside parking is usually available just outside the house and this suits larger people carriers and vans.
Around the house there is roadside parking, though please avoid outside of our neighbours' houses.
Sainsbury's too provide a parking service if you have special requirements.
There is a 7.2kWh charger on the driveway for complimentary off-peak charging.
7.2kWh EV Charging
We provide complimentary EV charging using off-peak Octopus GO. This is available between 00:30 and 04:30 during your stay. You will need to request it and a quick test charge prior, which is required to be sure settings and setup are correct.
The 7.2kWh EO charger is untethered and Type 2 connection.
Additional daytime charging is possible by agreement and charged at approx £0.60 kWh.
Side Gate
The driveway's side gate opens outwards to allow additional parking and boot access.
The drive tapers and so care is needed.
Simple to use
Plug in your cable and contact us for a quick test charge, then we set to the complimentary Octopus Go tariff and 4 hours charging is available overnight.
