5 Bedrooms
Five spotless bedrooms, six super comfortable beds, wide screen TVs in the 4 large bedrooms. Superfast broadband will stream complementary Netflix, Disney and Prime shows along with regular free channels. All rooms have double blinds and curtains for a high level of window shading.
Richard Haworth professional bedding is 100% sateen cotton, all 60C washed (not ironed), Top pocket sprung mattress are on each bed. Bedroom doors have push-button locks for greater privacy and security.
Bedroom 1
Spacious, luxurious, and with a spectacular solid mahogany 4-poster super-king size bed, and convenient wall side lights, this is the perfect room to relax in. Mahogany side tables, chest of drawers and full length mirror complement the theme.
Bedroom 2
Spacious, with a light airy feel, the room has all you need to relax. A John Lewis king size bed, a 38" wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, ample storage space, mood lighting, full length mirror, artwork, towels and blackout blind with drapes. The first floor front location catches the evening sunshine.
Bedroom 3
Situated on the ground floor, a bay window frontage affords even greater floor space, making this a highly accessible room. The solid mahogany sleigh bed has a Hypnos pillow-top mattress, perfect for watching the 38" wall mounted TV. The Matching bedside tables and chest of drawers provide convenient storage. Original art hangs above the bed, and mood lighting is via bedsides, wall lights and the ceiling light.
Bedroom 4
On the second floor, our dormer loft room has ample floor space for a Hypnos double and single bed. From the window there are stunning views through half a mile of gardens towards Lancaster and the Williamson Memorial. On the large wooden desk is a standing wide screen TV. The Velux window has a blackout blind.
Bedroom 5
Whilst the smallest bedroom in the house, the room, but with a very comfortable Hypnos pillow top bed. Bedside there is a bendy light, and a convenient bedside table.
Comfortable Beds
Whichever bedroom you sleep in, of the 5 bedrooms and 6 comfortable beds, they all have very high quality bases, mattresses, pillows and linens.
Pillows are professional hotel pillows and each bed is dressed with a microfibre and a feather pillow, with protector and 100% cotton matching pillow case.
Cleanliness
Our cleaning regime is very thorough, designed for your peace of mind and comfort .
All mattresses have multiple hygiene layers, refreshed to a schedule.
Layers include a full mattress wrap, waterproof layer, softer mattress protector, cotton bottom sheet, and final under sheet; and pillow protector.
Laundry
We keep very high standards for bedding so it is always clean and fresh for your stay.
All bedding is hygiene washed at 60 degrees C in Fairy, Vanish or similar, and Comfort conditioner.
We use either cheap off-peak electricity, stored in house batteries or direct off-peak supply; or solar energy at our off site laundry.
Our laundry machines are A rated. Some are specially water efficient, some power efficient using heat pumps.
To minimise material handling we no longer iron but you'll find the cotton fibres, tightened by a hot wash feel and smell super fresh.
