The house is designed around the needs of families and groups, and there is everything you need for your stay.

Kitchen

Catering for a houseful can be a challenge at the best of times, so we have ensured ample chilled and non-chilled storage, plus a freezer for frozen food .. especially ice-cream.

There are frying pans and pots and pans, crockery, dishes, utensils and cutlery, a microwave, hob, oven and toaster, coffee machines and kettle.

The Utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

We also provide consumables for guest use during their stay.

Lounge Diner

A super space for relaxing and mealtimes. Solid oak table seating 8 or leather seating for 4.

Widescreen wall mounted TV streaming on superfast house wifi complimentary Netflix, Disney, and Prime.

Patio doors facing east for fabulous bright mornings and a solid oak floor. On the walls themed original art works.

Bathrooms

A clean and light main bathroom on the first floor has a shower over bath, and sink.

Adjacent is a convenient separate toilet.

On the ground floor is a separate toilet and sink adjacent to the utility room.

Garden

Our enclosed garden contains a paved patio with planted pots, table and chairs for sitting out, a planted rockery and lawn.

Accessible from either the lounge patio doors or the house rear door, the garden is secluded, and bordered by other gardens.

Driveway

Dedicated driveway car parking for 2 average size cars, plus complimentary 7.2kWh charging off-peak. Ample roadside parking.
